April Fools Creative

I love bringing humour and creativity together in my work, especially during April Fools' season. Here are some of my favourite creatives I produced for April 1st 2023:

This fun concept for Farmers Union Iced Coffee (FUIC) leveraged the brand's iconic teal colours and popularity, I teased the release of a FUIC deodorant with the catchy headline, "No body odour, just FUIC." The post featured a mock-up of the FUIC deodorant product, complete with iced coffee-coloured spray. This idea took off, even catching the attention of BuzzFeed and generated a tonne of engagement.

Big M has a passionate fan base always eager for new flavours. So, for April Fools' Day, I crafted a cheeky teaser, announcing the launch of a tomato sauce-flavoured Big M. The prank garnered significant media attention, including coverage on TV news and BuzzFeed, along with a flurry of engagement on social media.

In the spirit of April Fools' nuttiness, I playfully introduced the concept of a smooth Bega Peanut Butter toothpaste, promising a "smooth smile and nutty breath." The design featured the toothpaste packaging mirroring the iconic Bega Peanut Butter look, and the accompanying ad showcased a toothbrush with peanut butter squirted onto it against a fresh watery splash backdrop. While this one didn't generate as much media attention, it remains a personal favourite of mine.
